From time to time we open a position alongside ours to a small number of families and institutions who already know this asset class. There is no public offering, and nothing on this page is one.

Our own capital is in every position we take. A co-investor is never exposed to something we are not.

A small book, by choice.
We hold few companies because the support we give takes real hours. That concentration is a risk as well as a discipline, and anyone investing alongside us should weigh it as one.

Reporting you can audit.
Regular written reports on each position: what changed, what did not, and what we got wrong.
Who may enquire
This is not for everyone.That is a legal fact.
Participation is limited to accredited investors as defined by SEC Rule 501, and to family offices, qualified purchasers and institutions. We verify status before we share any material. Terms are discussed privately, and only with people who meet that standard.
